JOB TITLE: 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanics
DESCRIPTION
Our maintenance mechanic's work on variety of production equipment in trouble
shooting, repairing and preventive maintenance. This includes areas of welding,
hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, and specialized equipment
unique to meat operations.
SALARY / BENEFITS
This is a full time position. Starting rate no less than $13.50 per hour up to
$16.50 based on qualifications, experience, shift, and length of service.
Insurance includes health, life, short-term disability, vision, and dental
coverage when applicable service completed. Paid holidays and vacations. 401k
plan after a year of service. Reimbursement for job related training or
schooling.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a mechanical aptitude and competency to trouble shoot equipment,
repair, and do preventive maintenance. Previous schooling and/or mechanical
experience necessary. Must work in hot or cold temperatures. Must be able to
pass specific training on hazards and safety procedures. Good attendance record
required.

JOB TITLE: Production Line Operator
DESCRIPTION
This is a production line position doing general work in the slaughter and cut
operation. On the job training is provided with a complete safety training and
break in period. The tasks are repetitive and may require using tools such as
knives, saws, and whizzard knives.
SALARY / BENEFITS
Full time position. Starting wage rate is $10.75 per hour, increasing $0.25 per
hour at 3 and 6 months, and increased to the production base rate of $12.15 per
hour at the end of 12 months. The skilled jobs also pay a higher rate in
addition to the base rate. A new employee may be accelerated to the top rate of
$12.20 to $12.85, depending on the skill level of the individual and the job
available. Insurance includes health, life, short-term disability, vision, and
dental coverage when the applicable service times are completed. Paid holidays
and vacations. 401k plan after one year of service. Many of our mechanical and
management personnel started on the production line as entry level.
QUALIFICATIONS
Need to be I-9 qualified. Must be 18 years of age of older and able to do
physically demanding work with some lifting. You should be able to work in
either warm or cold temperatures and stand on the job for a maximum of 3 1/2
hours at a time. You must also possess physical stamina with a range of motion
and dexterity to do repetitive work.

JOB TITLE: Sanitation Worker
DESCRIPTION
This is 3rd shift work. This position involves the complete clean up of our
production floors, by using pressurized water hoses and chemicals. The operators
disassemble some equipment, wash and clean the equipment, and prepare for
inspection in the morning prior to general operations start up.

Full time position. Starting wage rate is $10.75 per hour, increasing $0.25 per
