Welcome to the Quality Health and Wellness Clinic
Quality Pork Processor provides onsite health services as a valuable benefit for employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the QPP Benefits Plan.
The Quality Health and Wellness Clinic provides a wide range of health services focused on health and wellness and is staffed with a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), and a Medical Assistant (MA) who are available to provide preventative care, routine screenings and primary care needs.
Clinic practitioners will see adults and children ages two years and older and provides treatment for illnesses, exams, labs, immunizations and other preventative services during convenient day-time hours with same-day appointments and no out-of-pocket cost to patients.
Scheduling an appointment is easy! Call (507) 434-6299 or simply stop in.Blood draws for labs are available by appointment any time the clinic is open Monday through Friday.
Provider appointments start at 9:00 am Monday through Friday and at 8:00 am on Saturday.
For a guarenteed appointment time please call ahead to schedule. Walk-ins are welcome pending availability at the time of walk-in.

The Quality Health and Wellness Clinic is staffed and equipped to handle complex and minor cases, including the following services:
- Diagnosis and treatment for illnesses and conditions, such as:
- Colds, coughs, sore throats and flu symptoms
- Earaches; sinus infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Strains and sprains
- Cuts, abrasions, burns and bruises
- Physical Exams:
- Health risk assessments
- Well woman and well man exams
- Well child exams for children 2 years and older
- General, school, sports and camp physicals
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood sugar and diabetic monitoring
- Cholesterol monitoring
- Chronic condition management
- Medication management
- Immunizations (including flu, tetanus and others)
- Lab tests such as:
- Rapid Strep
- Influenza
- Mono Test
- Pregnancy Test
- Glucose Level
- Urinalysis
